As a registered civil celebrant, I’m authorised to witness Commonwealth and NSW statutory declarations, and I offer flexible appointments across Sydney, including evenings and weekends.

What I can witness

I can legally witness the following documents:

  • Commonwealth statutory declarations

  • NSW statutory declarations

  • Personal, professional, or government-related stat decs

If you’re unsure whether your document qualifies, feel free to email me to check and I’ll give you a straight answer.

What I don’t witness (and why)

To keep things clear:

  • Affidavits (these require a JP, solicitor, or notary)

  • Documents requiring certified copies where a specific authority is mandated

If you do need one of those, I’m very happy to point you in the right direction.

  • Evenings / weekends: $45

  • Mobile service (travel): from $10 depending on location

  2. Bring valid photo ID

  3. Sign in my presence

  4. I witness and complete the required section
