How To Print Your Digital Artwork.

Here’s everything you need to know — from downloading and unzipping your files, to printing them at home or through a professional service.

  • ♥ 6 x PNGs – great for transparent backgrounds so you can choose your own colour to print on or digital use in high resolution (300 DPI)

    ♥ 6 x PDFs – print-ready, easy to open anywhere in high resolution (300 DPI)

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:

HOW YOU’'LL RECEIVE YOUR ORDER, DEPENDS ON THE ITEM ORDERED:

  • Right after checkout
    You’ll see a Download button on the Order Confirmation page. Click to save your files straight away.

    Then, in your inbox
    You’ll get two emails:

    1. an order confirmation, and

    2. a second email with a secure, unique download link to your file(s).

    Link timing & expiry
    Your download link stays active for 24 hours. If it expires, simply click the link again and you will automatically send you a fresh one to the same email address. (Yes, it’s that easy.)

    Tips for a smooth download

    • Check Spam/Junk if the email hasn’t arrived within a few minutes.

    • On mobile? Consider switching to a laptop/desktop to save the file to your preferred folder.

    • If you receive a .zip file, unzip it first to access the artwork.

    • Still stuck? Reply to your order email and we’ll help promptly.

  • If your order needs personalisation

    1. Tell us the details in the form during the checkout process.

      When you click Add to Cart, a short Custom Product Form will pop up so you can add names, dates, wording, etc. Please double-check spelling and capitalisation as it will be used exactly as it is received.

    2. What you’ll see right after payment
      You’ll still see a Download button on the Order Confirmation page and receive an email with a unique download link. For personalised items, that download is a quick “Read Me / Next Steps” file—your finished artwork isn’t generated instantly. (Links are unique and expire after 24 hours; if one expires, clicking it will trigger a fresh link to your email.)

    3. We personalise your artwork
      We’ll create your design based on the details you provided and email your finished files within 48 hours (often sooner). You’ll receive them directly to the same email used at checkout—no couriers, just your art delivered to your inbox.

    4. File formats & how to use them
      You’ll typically receive high-resolution PNG (for home or photo-lab printing) and a print-ready PDF (for professional printers). Save them to a computer for the smoothest experience.

    5. Didn’t get the email?
      Check Spam/Junk and “Promotions”. If it’s not there, reply to your order confirmation and we’ll resend.

ONCE YOU’VE RECEIVED YOUR ARTWORK:

    1. Download the zip folder to your computer.

    2. Right-click (Windows) or double-click (Mac) on the folder.

    3. Select “Extract All” or “Open With > Archive Utility”.

    4. Your files will appear in a new folder, ready to use!

  • ♥ Print at Home
    Use your home printer (or your office one if your workplace will kindly allow it). Select “Actual Size” or “100%” in your print settings (NOT “fit to page”). For best results, print on matte, satin, or photo paper.

    ♥ Print In-Store
    Save your file to a USB or phone and head any printing store such as Officeworks, Kmart, Big W, or your favourite local printer. They’ll do all the work for you.

    ♥ Print Online
    Stay cosy at home! Upload your file to online services like VistaPrint or Snapfish, or your preferred online shop. Choose your paper finish and have it delivered to your door.

  • Your download includes files in multiple ratios so you can print in all the most common sizes without cropping or stretching.

    RATIO 1 – 4:5
    Suitable for the print sizes: 4x5” | 8x10” | 16x20” | 40x50 cm

    RATIO 2 – 3:4
    Suitable for the print sizes: 6x8” | 9x12” | 12x16” | 15x20” | 18x24” | 45x60 cm

    RATIO 3 – 2:3
    Suitable for the print sizes: 4x6” | 8x12” | 12x18” | 16x24” | 20x30” | 24x36” | 60x90 cm

    RATIO 4 – 11x14
    Suitable for the print sizes: 11x14” | 30x38 cm

    RATIO 5 – International Standard (A-Series)
    Suitable for the print sizes: 5x7” | A5 | A4 | A3 | A2 | A1 | 50x70 cm

    BONUS – Standard Greeting Card
    4x6” card (print at home on A4, fold, cut to size along the trim lines and add to an envelope)

  • You are authorised to use the designs purchased from CLS Celebrant for personal purposes only.
